The ladder
Six phases, each gated by evidence.
P1, now: the foundation. The substrate and the persona live, the first capability boilerplates in pilot, the launchpad ready.
P2, Q3 2026: the first five thousand members, the next ventures launching, the balance active across the ecosystem.
P3, Q4 2026: container-side deployment, currently in review, opening regulated and sovereign environments.
P4, Q1 2027: the open builder seat. The first external builders stand up ventures on the root system under the fixed split.
P5, Q3 2027: 99 percent autonomy. The persona executes inside six hard safety rails; money, signing and public posts always wait for a human.
P6, Q1 2028: 99.99 percent autonomy with regulator-graded compliance, certification in at least one jurisdiction.
The gates
What actually unlocks a phase.
First paying members at any tier. The member cap reached without infrastructure failures. Replicated infrastructure holding its uptime. The ecosystem allocation covering operating cost. An independent audit clearing the tamper-evident trail.
Phase advancement is gated by evidence, never by enthusiasm. Discipline before scale, in that order, every time.
The compliance path
UK first, then outward.
The rollout order is the United Kingdom first, then the European Union, then the United States, then the Middle East and Africa, then Latin America and Asia. Each market enters with its regulatory homework done, on licensed rails where money is involved.
