BLOOM 88

Ceremonial-grade matcha, the ecosystem's first wide-consumption product.

The capability: selling a wide-consumption product, B2B and B2C. The matcha proves it is possible.

What it is

One product, done properly.

BLOOM 88 sells ceremonial-grade matcha, sourced from Uji, Kyoto, to businesses and to people. One product of uncompromising quality, sold honestly.

It is also the proof case: a real company on the root system, run by its founder, with the AI doing the operational work and a human signing every commitment.

The capability

Sell a wide-consumption product, to businesses and to people.

BLOOM 88 is the proof that a single operator can run a real wide-consumption product company on the root system, selling both B2B and B2C, with the AI carrying operations and a human signing every commitment.

The product it proves it with is ceremonial-grade matcha: single-origin from Uji in Kyoto, sourced direct from a named producer, lab-tested every batch. The matcha is the vehicle; the capability is the point.

Why now

A category that broke, and rails that fix it.

The premium matcha market multiplied while its honesty collapsed: ceremonial is an unregulated word, most tins blend lower grades, and the true grade triples in price by the time the middlemen are done.

BLOOM 88 closes the gap: a named producer paid on licensed rails, cold-chain freshness from harvest to tin within thirty days, and a lab certificate hash-linked so a member can verify what they paid against what the producer received.

How a member buys

Subscribe, receive, verify, compound.

01 · Subscribe. Pick a tier, pay from your balance, sign once for the recurring authority.

02 · Receive. A vacuum-sealed tin arrives within days of grinding, a QR code on the lid.

03 · Verify. Scan it: the producer, the harvest date, the lab numbers, and the exact price breakdown.

04 · Compound. Every tin earns into your balance, opening higher tiers and the rest of the ecosystem.

Where it goes

From one producer to a producer DAO.

It starts with a single producer: one Uji grower signed, the first hundred tins shipping, the lab partnership in place and the rails live.

Through 2026 the network grows to five thousand members and three Uji producers, with cold-chain hubs in Tokyo and London, then limited-edition rare-cultivar drops offered to the top tier first.

From 2027 the producers themselves become equity holders in the vertical through the fixed split, a funded tea-master programme begins in Uji, and the same single-origin discipline extends to Shizuoka and Kagoshima, producer-named at every step.
