The capability
Orchestrate a whole construction project from one panel.
BUILD ROOT is the construction capability of the ecosystem: the owner sees one panel covering materials, suppliers, sub-contractors, certifications and cashflow in real time, the AI runs the routine, and the owner approves the exceptions.
It is Arabic-first by design, with English on demand for engineering, because the markets that need it most coordinate plans in English, contracts in Arabic and site messaging in dialect. The first clients are in Lebanon, and they are waiting on this.
Why now
A boom, Arabic-native AI, and a network ready.
The MENA and Gulf construction pipeline runs to the trillions over five years, and the owner's sharpest pain is coordinating polyglot, multi-channel, multi-supplier projects with weekly reports that lag the site by days.
Frontier models are now genuinely competent across Arabic dialects, so dialect routing finally works; and the relationships into top-tier Lebanese construction are already in place to carry the product into the market.
How an owner runs it

01 · Onboard. A project plan is generated from a brief and a site survey, bilingual specs, owner reviews and signs.
02 · Operate. The AI classifies and routes every message across channels and surfaces only the exceptions, with a daily report at 06:00 local.
03 · Approve. The owner signs the exceptions, the payments and the filings, with real-time cashflow per project.
04 · Compound. Suppliers that grow past a threshold can become ventures of their own on the same root system.
Where it goes
From the Lebanon pilot to cross-region rails.
It starts in Lebanon: the first construction firm onboarded, the owner panel live in Arabic, five active projects under orchestration.
Through 2026 the panel enters the UAE and Saudi Arabia with three top-tier groups in pilot, and the materials ledger goes live across MENA with multi-source price comparison.
From 2027 sub-contractors and suppliers take equity in the vertical through the fixed split, compliance reaches sovereign grade with government-tier contracts in reach, and the same Arabic-native panel extends to Egypt, the Levant and the Gulf corridors.
