DEEP MOOD

Culture and events with transparent settlement, for communities that gather around music.

The capability: producing events and culture with transparent settlement. A flagship client is waiting on the first deployment.

What it is

The night, settled fairly.

DEEP MOOD runs member-gated cultural events where every contributor, from the artist to the door, is settled transparently on the ecosystem's rails.

A flagship events client is waiting on the first deployment, which pulled DEEP MOOD forward in the build order.

The capability

Produce real cultural events, settled transparently.

DEEP MOOD is the events and culture capability: membership that opens real doors to a curated calendar of nights, listening rooms and supper clubs, where the economics are visible end to end and a share flows back into local culture.

Every city has a named curator rather than an algorithm, the member's balance is the ticket rather than a third-party booking fee, and a flagship client is waiting on the first deployment.

Why now

Platform fatigue, wallet-as-ticket, fiat-friendly rails.

Audiences and artists are exhausted by algorithmic discovery and extractive ticketing that takes up to thirty percent per ticket; curated membership is growing fast in the launch cities.

Wallet-as-ticket has crossed from crypto-native into ordinary events, friction down to a tap, and the ecosystem rails let a member fund with cash while the venue is paid in ordinary money.

How a member lives it

Subscribe, browse, attend, compound.

01 · Subscribe. Pick a tier and fund your balance; no per-event card-on-file dance.

02 · Browse. The city curator publishes the month; RSVP from your dashboard.

03 · Attend. Tap your balance at the door; no paper ticket, no scanning fee between you and the venue.

04 · Compound. Attendance earns into your balance and builds the relationship with the people who programme your city.

Where it goes

From a London pilot to a cultural index.

It starts in London: a named curator, the first six events booked, the wallet-as-ticket flow live end to end.

Through 2026 the calendar opens in Dubai and Lisbon with named curators and five thousand members across the network, then New York, with the first cross-vertical event series in the ecosystem.

From 2027 the city curators become equity holders through the fixed split, aggregated revenue funds long-form artist residencies, and an anonymised cultural index is published quarterly, patterns and scenes as useful evidence for the wider industry.
