In 2019 Florin co-founded humans.ai and built its founding team. The whitepaper Florin wrote in December 2021 specified Proof-of-Human: staked human validators with biometric keys, AI execution cryptographically gated on a human signature, per-AI community governance, and Digital Genomes, the rule that people own their data and earn whenever it is used.
From 2021 to 2023 Florin worked at Oxford's Future of Humanity Institute under Nick Bostrom's department, and co-founded HAIA, the Human AI Alignment Agency. Earlier roles: co-founder and CPO of Modex, VP of Product at MoneyMailMe.
